Reiki is a Japanese technique that uses the power of invisible life force energy that flows through and around your body to promote healing. Reiki translates to “spirit energy.” It is the journey of healing and a spiritual evolution, helps us reach healing, and it brings us closer to the divine. It is a system of self-healing through the transmission of the universal healing energy through hands. The energy of Reiki harmonizes and brings to equilibrium the energetic flow of our physical bodies and it works across physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of the human being. It nourishes self-realization, growth, and spiritual evolution.

Spiritual Cleansing Sauna Limpia
This spiritual cleansing herbal sauna bath will help you rid your body, mind, emotions, and auric field of negative mental self-talk and external “messages” that may be causing you difficulties at the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual levels. Limpias are traditional Mexica cleanses using powerful healing plant medicines from Mexico. You will also be provided with a bundle of these healing plants to brush your body with during your sweat. This is a healing ceremony. Therefore, we do not drink alcohol nor take any non-prescription drugs three days before, the day of, and three days after the bath. It is also important that we hydrate well in the days leading up to the session. Shower ahead of time so that your body is clean and ready for this beautiful ritual.

In Mixteca Indigenous belief, Grandfather Fire is the ultimate healer. Together, we will gather wood from the land, start a fire, and with our collective prayer, we will consecrate the coals with which we will smudge and purify you. We will use Copal resin, a powerful healer in Mixteca Indigenous culture and customs.
